Tech Support Technician

Service contracts are available from MinXray as an extension of the Manufacturer’s Warranty and are available in tiered options outlined below. All service packages include MinXCloud storage for images.

SERVICE CONTRACT OPTIONS

Package 1

Unlimited phone and online support + unlimited image PACS/Cloud (MinXCloud) storage

  1. Unlimited access to MinXray Technical Support via phone, e-mail or online for 12 months on both software and hardware issues, Monday - Friday 8:00-16:30 CST.

  2. Acquisition, Viewing and processing software upgrades when applicable and available.

  3. Unlimited image PACS/Cloud storage (MinXCloud)

Package 2

Unlimited phone and online support+ unlimited image PACS/Cloud (MinXCloud) storage

Repair Labor (Excluding Parts)

  1. Unlimited access to MinXray Technical Support via phone, e-mail or online for 12 months on both software and hardware issues, Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:30 CST.

  2. Acquisition, viewing and processing software upgrades when applicable and available.

  3. 100% labor included Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 CST

  4. Round trip shipping, 3-day ground included (Customer can expedite shipping at their cost).

  5. Travel expenses for services at customer site are not included and will be charged separately.

  6. Unlimited image PACS/Cloud (MinXCloud) storage

Package 3

Unlimited phone and online support + unlimited image PACS/Cloud (MinXCloud) storage

Repair Labor (Parts Discount)

  1. Unlimited access to MinXray Technical Support via phone, e-mail or online for 12 months on both software and hardware issues, Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:30 CST.

  2. Acquisition, viewing and processing software upgrades when applicable and available.

  3. 100% labor included Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30 CST

  4. Round trip shipping, 3-day ground included (Customer can expedite shipping at their cost).

  5. Travel expenses for services at customer site are not included and will be charged separately.

  6. 25% discount on parts (excluding DR panel)

  7. Unlimited image PACS/Cloud (MinXCloud) storage
