Whether you need help with an install or guidance through troubleshooting, each and every one of our x-ray systems is backed by MinXray’s warranty. Three different levels of service are available, depending on your needs:
Calls received during business hours will be directed to a service representative that will assist with x-ray and digital products. Our service representatives use remote service tools to log into a system to assist our customers with trouble shooting imaging hardware and software issues.
If a piece of equipment requires services that cannot be solved through remote support and the customer chooses to send the equipment to MinXray headquarters, our on staff engineers and technicians will test, diagnosis and repair the equipment.
If the customer request repairs, preventative maintenance or additional training at their location, a service representative trained in the specific product will facilitate an onsite service visit.
