After removing the system from the case, it maneuvers like a two-wheel cart for movement into position. The x-ray unit shown (left) using the gas spring mobile stand with the small wheel (10" diameter) option, catalog number XGSMKIVSW. Positioning the system via the use of gas springs takes only a few seconds from the rolling transport mode on the left to the fully deployed mode on the right. Since the x-ray tube, central processing unit and all controls are contained within a single monobloc tubehead, there are no interconnecting cables between components. Merely attach the power and exposure cords and the system is ready to operate. Shown here (right) with the XGSMKIVLW large wheel (16" diameter) option, the PowerPlus™ operates over the range of 100-260 VAC, 50/60 Hz, sensing the input voltage and automatically switching. The Hardigg carrying case (HF100HSTC), meeting military specifications, is capable of containing a fully assembled HF120/60HPPWV Power Plus™ x-ray unit. Also, the same carrying case is used to transport complete deployable radiographic systems on wheels, either the CMDR-1S (DR) or the iCRco VERTXS (CR).
